Request for Quote for Strategic Planning Services

Spokane County Fire District 10, issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) on August 16,2021. This RFQ seeks firms experienced in performing strategic planning assessments of fire service organizations to identify budgetary planning, staffing and management of current and future programs and resources. Firms must demonstrate relevant and recent experience (within the last five years) of performing such assessments.
